Founded in 2006, H2o Dragon Boat Montreal club has established itself over the years as a staple in the dragon boat community. Our teams train at the Parc Jean-Drapeau Olympic Basin, an internationally renowned site offering an exceptional body of water that is safe, spectacular, and perfectly suited for both training and competition.

Whether you are a curious beginner, a recreational paddler, or a elite athlete, H2o provides the team and coaching you need to progress at your own pace within a motivating, structured, and inclusive environment. Joining H2o means becoming part of a large, passionate dragon boat family.

Accessible to everyone, easy to learn, and led by certified coaches. Your gateway to joining a team.

Bateau Dragon niveau intermédiaire H2o Montréal

Intermediate Level - Community Division

Take it to the next level. Designed for experienced paddlers or fit beginners. Structured training with moderate to high intensity, 1 to 2 sessions per week.

Advanced Level - Sports Division

Performance, competition, and personal excellence. A demanding program for committed athletes aiming for the highest levels, including competitions and team travel.

Indoor training

With access to an indoor dragon boat tank and a specialized ergometer studio (p-erg), you will build your technique, fitness, and consistency until we return to the water in the spring.

Practical information – Athletes’ district

Our activities take place at Jean-Drapeau Park Athletes’ Quarter, an exceptional site dedicated to water sports.

  • Paid parking near

  • Access by metro : station Jean-Drapeau, about 10 minutes walk (see route)

  • Bixi station on site

  • Full changing rooms available

Training takes place at Olympic Basin, a safe body of water built for 1976 Montreal Olympics, now recognized as an international caliber installation.
