Dragon boat for breast cancer survivors

Paddling together, stronger than ever

The dragon boat for breast cancer survivors is much more than a sport: it is a global movement born in Canada in 1996, when survivors demonstrated that dragon boat paddling could improve their health, well-being, and quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis. This activity quickly spread worldwide under the auspices of the International Breast Cancer Paddlers’ Commission (IBCPC), an organization encouraging the creation of inclusive survivor teams to promote participation, support, and camaraderie through paddling. Today, hundreds of teams in over 40 countries paddle together, celebrating life, strength, and solidarity among survivors while improving their fitness and self-confidence.

Are you a breast cancer survivor? Join our Seincr’eau Survivors team and discover the power of dragon boating, surrounded by inspiring women, in a spirit of challenge, fun, and solidarity.
